In and Out Burger- Special Sauce DIY Recipe
Totally craving an In-n-Out Burger? If you're like me and stuck on the East Coast and craving a juicey In-N-Out Burger then we'll have to re-create this deliciousness at home.
First, let's dissect what's an In-N-Out cheeseburger: American cheese, 100% beef patty, fresh sliced onions, lettuce, tomato, and most importantly, their special secret sauce (a sauce that hasn't changed since 1948!). The sauce if you've never had it is like a Thousand Island'ish sauce, it's an orange and creamy, relish'y, tangy, and slightly sweet sauce.
Chip’y & Chewey-Ultimate Chocolate Chip Cookies
I don't have a sweet tooth but Julian sure does. His favorite cookie? The ultimate chocolate chip cookie of course! We’re pretty picky when it comes to a good chocolate chip cookie- it has to be moist, dense, chewey and filled with lots of chocolate chips.
The Crying Game! Pickled Red Onions
One of my favorites and try not to cry! There’s countless uses for pickled onions. Tuck them into sandwiches to cut salty rich meats, use them as a condiment to top tacos, nachos… Best part- There’s no crazy canning techniques in this recipe!
Creamy Potato & Wild Leek Soup
Classic potato leek soup pulls all the comfort stops. It’s creamy, buttery, and classic cold weather-cooking all folded into one soup! I used wild ramps.
Savory Kansas City BBQ Sauce
Little tangy, little savory, this BBQ sauce packs it all in and what makes this BBQ so special is that it reminds me of my Kansas City roots with the use of smoked paprika which adds a little smoke and heat to the sweet and tangy sauce. MMMMM
