Little tangy, little savory, this BBQ sauce packs it all in and what makes this BBQ so special is that it reminds me of my Kansas City roots with the use of smoked paprika which adds a little smoke and heat to the sweet and tangy sauce. MMMMM

*The organic towel featured in the photo is from Ekelund Weavers from Sweden. It’s still owned and run by the same family.  It washes great and is super absorbent and comes in a variety of handsome jacquard woven patterns. Get it at: @ Bluecashew Kitchen Homestead.

  • ⅔ cup ketchup

  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar // 1/4 cup kombucha vinegar

  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt

  • 1 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper

  • 1/2 tbs Worcestershire sauce

  • 1/2 tbs molasses

  • 1/2 tbs maple syrup
