“Dua Mon”- Vietnamese Pickled Dried Daikon and Carrots

Dưa món is simply translated as dried vegetables preserved in fish sauce. Traditionally carrots and daikon radish are used but other popular vegetables are used like Vietnamese leeks, lotus root, kohlrabi and/or green papaya.
