Huso rolls, if you know you know! 

Let's make the oh so famous  'Huso Dog' in New York-  king crab leg with sliced avocado on a buttered bun topped with pickled mustard seeds and caviar! Mmmm 

To make these just defrost some king crab legs and get all that juicy meat out those legs.  Then melt some butter over a pan and coat all those bad boys with that melted butter gold.

Grab a new england roll and butter that up too!  Throw on some sliced avocado, layer in your crab meat, and drizzle some kewpie mayo. Layer on that mustard caviar, some black caviar, and endulge.  

INGREDIENTS

King Crab Legs (defrosted)

Brioche hot dog buns or New England hot dog buns

4 oz butter

1 avocado

Mayonnaise (preferably Kewpie mayo)

Black caviar

 

PREPARATION

  1. Defrost king crab legs and remove meat from legs.

  2. Heat butter on a pan over medium heat, lightly simmer crab legs in butter and quickly remove

  3. Toast both sides of hot dog buns in your cleanly buttered pan.

  4. Assemble rolls: place avocado in bun, then add crab legs

  5. Squeeze mayonnaise on top of the crab, followed by pickled mustard seeds and black caviar of your choice! Serve immediately with a side of some Lay’s Potato Chips.
